Community Health Fair
UNIFY DETROIT COALITION (UDC) & DETROIT MEDICAL CENTER (DMC) come together to present a Community Health Fair!
There will be free checks for Asthma, Heart Disease, High Blood and Pressure. Free testing for Lead Poisoning, Tuberculosis, and High Blood Pressure. Handouts available on Cancer, Diabetes and STD’s. And screenings for Glucose, Vision, and much more.
Featured at the Community Health Fair is Reginald J. Eadie, M.D. He is the President of the Detroit Receiving Hospital/University Health Center. This accomplished guest speaker will be signing copies of his best selling book “How to Eat and Live Longer”.
