Education: Associates degree and 3 yrs experience
Must have customer service experience preferably in the food and beverage industry along with outstanding leadership skills. Must be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel…ReServe a plus. Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time. Must be available to work a flexible schedule including breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts…weekends and holidays.

Work closely with the General Manager to maintain professional and hospitable service to our guests at the Events Center. Responsible for overseeing the staff’s functions relating to Food and Beverage and Housekeeping Departments. Assists the General Manager in implementing and maintaining budgets for the Events Center. Directly supervises the Servers, Bartenders, Housekeeping and Utility Staff during event set up, execution and breakdown. Responsible for hiring and providing comprehensive training and evaluation and oversees the weekly schedules. Assures the wants and needs of the Clients and Guests are consistently exceeded. Functions as an administrative link between departments, insures cohesiveness and teamwork. Assist clients as necessary with Audio Visual needs to ensure event success. Secures the building at the end of every event. Makes recommendations and introduces new programs regarding necessary capital expenditures and special maintenance/repair improvements.

Position Type –Temporary/ Full Time
Education – High school diploma or GED
Qualifications – 1 year warehouse experience
These temporary positions will be responsible for assisting with special assignments, boxing product, pulling parts, stocking parts, inventory, shipping, receiving and general warehouse work
Candidates MUST be available to work 1:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and MUST be available to work a Saturday and/or Sunday on occasion.
ALL temporary Warehouse Clerks will start out working approximately 20-25 hours per week while they are training:
