October 22 — 9am to 11am in partnership with Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn as well as other social media sites have gained popularity recently. Just as a business owner has a business plan, there is a need for a social media plan or strategy. This can be done by taking a critical look at your customers, potential clients, suppliers, competitors, and your overall business needs. This workshop will focus on how to design a social media plan, what sites to use, and how to make the most out of your online social media account or accounts.
