The Art Institutes College Fair
Please join us in spreading the word about The Art Institutes presentation this Thursday, October 20, 2011 from 5:00pm – 6:00pm at YouthVille Detroit. There are several college campuses throughout the States that offer degree programs in Audio/Film Production, Photography, Fashion Design, and Culinary Arts, and we wanted to present this opportunity for all students in Detroit. The presenter will provide helpful information about summer learning programs, financial aid, and admissions. Below is a flyer with more detailed information. Moore Food Garden
The Moore Food Garden, located in the North End across the street from 306 King is asking for volunteers to come out Oct 5th2011 at 11am we will be helping to build a shed.
Mr. Eugene Moore, President of the Holbrook King Block Club and Ms. Sanaa Niajoy of EMEAC are managing the project. Please come out and join us if you are interested in this opportunity and you have some spare time, let’s work together to make our community better.
